hh55 Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to hh55. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hh55 platform, website, mobile application and all related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). hh55 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for adult players in Pakistan, operating in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and supporting locally used payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. The hh55 Platform is strictly for adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use the Platform:

To use the hh55 Platform you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on hh55. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. hh55 will never ask you for your password via chat, email or any other channel.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful. Providing false details — including false date of birth to bypass the age requirement — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Verification: hh55 may request documents to verify your identity, age and payment method ownership at any time. Standard verification documents include a valid CNIC or passport. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification.
• Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting hh55 support. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.

All transactions on hh55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not process foreign currency transactions. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: PKR 500.
• Deposits are credited to your hh55 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within seconds.
• All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• hh55 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
• Processing times vary by method: Raast and mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity and payment method verification before processing.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

hh55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the relevant terms in full.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (for example, 15x or 20x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Fish games, table games and sports bets may contribute at different rates or may be excluded entirely from specific offers. Check individual promotion terms for details.
• One bonus per player: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• hh55 VIP programme: VIP members earn loyalty points on every qualifying wager. Points contribute to tier progression, and each tier carries specific benefits including cashback rates and enhanced withdrawal limits. VIP tier benefits are subject to change and the current structure is always available on the VIP page.
• Abuse prevention: hh55 monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. hh55 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is detected.

The hh55 game library includes slot games, fish games and other categories sourced from established game providers. Each game operates under its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage. The following general rules apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. hh55 does not manipulate game results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may vary by title and by your account tier.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection — the round outcome will be determined once connection is restored and the round is resolved according to the provider's settlement rules. hh55 is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's end.
• Winnings generated during a bonus round or free spins feature are credited subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to the triggering bonus.
• Any malfunction of a game voids all pays and plays for that round. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings, the correct game log will be used to determine the actual outcome.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by hh55. hh55 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules applicable to each market. hh55 may suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the time period specified in the market rules. Void bets are refunded at the original stake.
• PSL markets: Pakistan Super League matches are a primary focus of the hh55 sports betting section. All PSL betting markets are subject to the general sports betting rules and any specific PSL market rules published at the time of the tournament.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may be adjusted at any time.
• Suspicious activity: hh55 monitors betting patterns for suspicious or irregular activity. Bets that appear to be based on inside information or that are part of a coordinated attempt to exploit pricing errors may be voided and the relevant account suspended.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hh55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account under any name, identity or payment method.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the Platform, games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid verification thresholds or using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Colluding with other players or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, verification or at any other point of interaction with hh55.
• Allowing or assisting a third party — including a minor — to access your account.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including running a wagering service or acting as an agent for other bettors.

hh55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is held securely and will be released or forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation. Where closure results from a confirmed breach, hh55 is not obligated to return the account balance.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request — including self-exclusion — any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification, typically within three to five business days.

hh55 collects and processes personal data in order to operate the Platform, verify player identity, process transactions and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is shared with payment processors and verification providers only as necessary to operate the Platform.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data at any time by contacting hh55 support.
• Account and transaction records are retained for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering standards.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damage of any nature.

hh55 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. hh55 is not liable for losses incurred during unavailability periods.

hh55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hh55 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after any revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure.
